Tod's Collaboration

A collaboration with Tod's design team and Polimoda, focused on creating a handbag from concept to completion with an innovative take on leather craftsmanship and material texture.

 

I designed the handbag and hardware, created technical sheets, worked with Tod's Hardware factory to produce the logo hardware, built the handbag patterns, and made the final leather bag by hand.
